Suspicious activity, Beverley

At around 1pm today 12/05/26 we received a call from the public to say they had a suspicious male banging on the door. The male was door knocking on Schofield avenue, Beverley, said he was from OFGEM and wanted to lower peoples bills. A call was made to OFGEM and they said they never send people out door knocking. Please be mindful when answering door to strangers and do not give any details out. Scams are on the increase lately and can be via emails, telephone calls, letters or door knocking.
